Privacy Policy
Mabry AI LLC ("Mabry AI", "we", "us") operates mabry.ai. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website only; client engagements are governed by the agreement and data processing terms signed for that engagement.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit the working-session form, we receive the name, company, work email, area of interest and message you enter. When you email us, we receive what you send.
- Usage information. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless service that records aggregate page views, referrers, device type and approximate country. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal identifiers.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and operations.
The readiness score and ROI calculator on this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into them is transmitted to us.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for a working session, and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are received through Netlify Forms and delivered to our email. We may store contact details in our own systems of record. Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the life of the relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@mabry.ai. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.
