Software we own and operate.
It watches your market, researches what it finds under rules a compliance team would sign off on, drafts in your language, and hands your people finished work to approve. Your systems are never an input. Nothing is hand-scored. Nothing sends without a person.
A person approves everything.
Nothing reaches your CRM or a mailbox without someone on your team clicking approve. That rule lives in the platform, not in a policy. No setting turns it off.
It writes to your CRM. It cannot read it.
The connection creates records and notes. It cannot look at anything already there. We hold no credential to your systems; approved work is handed to your workspace to write.
Evidence or it doesn't exist.
Every fact carries a source and a date. A job posting is not a funded project. A budget line is not a purchase. Unsourced never reaches a draft. Nothing is scored by hand.
Everything on the record.
Every action is logged and you can export the log. When we part ways, your data is destroyed and we put it in writing.
Governance isn't a policy we ask you to trust. It's how the platform is built. Your security team can see it.
One agent, one job. That's the whole trick.
Most "AI for sales" is one giant model doing everything, impossible to test or trust. We build narrow agents: one task, bounded permissions, its own log. Failures visible, fixes local. Tap each layer.
Sense
Standing monitors watch every named account around the clock.
Decide & Act
A scheduled orchestration run dispatches one agent per task.
Remember
Shared databases are the system's durable memory and dedupe wall.
Govern
Hard rules and a human gate sit between the system and the world.
Two standing monitors per named account run continuously: one on regulatory and competitive pressure, one on buying signals: leadership changes, launches, funding, public commitments. Findings post into per-account threads in the team's own workspace, timestamped and sourced.
On a fixed cadence, an orchestration run picks up every new finding and dispatches it through the agent chain: triage, research, conflict check, enrichment, drafting, self-review. One agent per task, each consuming the previous agent's verified output. The chain halts at any failed step, and runs are idempotent: executed twice, nothing double-fires.
A shared data layer (companies, contacts, a triggers log, an outreach log) is the system's durable memory. Every automation reads it before acting and writes back after. Contact caps and one-thread-per-company rules are enforced in data, and the same ledger doubles as the audit trail.
Hard rules are compiled into every agent's instructions, and a human gate sits at the boundary: nothing reaches a prospect without a person's click. No invented facts, verified work emails only, and a post-run review pass that corrects and logs violations.
A sample of the agents we deploy.
Illustrative, not exhaustive: the diagnostic decides the roster. Every build gets the agents its failure patterns demand: forecast agents, hygiene agents, renewal-risk agents, enablement agents, and ones that don't have names yet because your motion hasn't been audited yet. Each is scoped exactly like these: one job, bounded permissions, its own log.
Watches one account's market surface: regulatory pressure on one monitor, buying signals on a second. Posts findings to the account's thread. Nothing else.
SCOPE: READ-ONLY · ONE ACCOUNTScores each finding for urgency and fit, and routes it to the owning rep with context. Decides priority, never content.
SCOPE: SCORE & ROUTE ONLYBuilds the context pack for one trigger: what happened, why it matters to this account, what angle is credible.
SCOPE: ONE TRIGGER PER RUNChecks the system of record before anyone is touched: ownership, current-customer status, open threads, suppression lists.
SCOPE: BLOCK OR CLEAR · NO OUTREACHResolves one verified contact through a multi-source waterfall with cross-checking. Verified work emails only: a pattern guess is a failed run, not a fallback.
SCOPE: VERIFY OR DISCARDWrites one email per contact, each from a different angle, in the team's voice. No invented facts, no unsourced claims. References only if true in the record.
SCOPE: DRAFT ONLY · CANNOT SENDRe-reads the run's own output before delivery: checks the rules held, corrects what didn't, logs what it changed.
SCOPE: SELF-AUDIT PASSThe only sender in the system. Every draft arrives as a click-to-send package: review, edit, send, or discard. The click belongs to a person, always.
SCOPE: FINAL AUTHORITYWhy this beats a mega-agent: a narrow agent can be tested against its one job, given only the permissions that job needs, and replaced without touching the rest. Runs are idempotent: executed twice, nothing double-fires. That is the difference between automation you demo and automation you deploy.
Same pattern, pointed at the work marketing and compliance own.
Everything above is the go-to-market engine. The architecture underneath it is portable: signals, one agent per task, a ledger, a human gate. Point it at a marketing team's own workload, or a compliance team's, and the same machine runs. Tap a signal in either console to watch it.
Bring us the motion that matters most.
In one working session, we'll show you what it looks like rebuilt, signal to measure, before you spend a dollar on the build.
First session is a working session, not a pitch · Your data never leaves your stack · If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you on the first call.
